The Waiting

Tom Petty may be right [that the waiting is the hardest part].

We sent Anders off to surgery at 9am. They gave him some "happy
juice" a few minutes before that, so he was pretty loopy. Pastor Bill
arrived right after they took him, and it was great to see a familiar
face.

The surgeon expected the procedure to last until about 1pm. We'll
post more news as it happens.

Also, they've lifted the draconian visitation rules, so we'll be able
to see you if you'd like to visit us at Children's Memorial. Just
give us a call.
