In the diapered corner: Anwen Grant, with the wisdom and coordination of a 7 month old. In the jammies corner: Isaac Danielson, with nothing going for him but his sheer size. We let them go a few rounds, but had to call it a draw when both contenders peed their pants.
I took Isaac to the doctor on Wednesday. He tips the scales at 16 lbs, 2 oz. which puts him in the 99th percentile for weight! He was 24 3/4 inches tall/long, which means he's in the 93% for height/length. He officially outweighs Anwen (7 month old daughter of Zach's co-worker Brian) and Lukas (10 month old son of Zach's boss Ben)!
Dr. Minkus told me I should go to the nursing Olympics, so I have to find out when and where those are. I'll let you know so you can come cheer me on.
Isaac also got his first immunizations. When I saw the needle I got tears in my eyes. Poor little (OK, big) guy! He was fussy later that night so we gave him his first medicine: baby tylenol. awws!
