Pics and Tidbits

We had a great and very full Easter weekend. Sadly, I forgot my camera! My parents and Zach's took lots of pictures, so as soon as we get some from them, I'll post 'em.

Here's a couple cuties I took in the past two days. There's no coherent theme for this post other than "my boys are cute."

Here's some more Izey quotes, too:

"Izey bless you on the wipe." Translation: "Isaac sneezed on the napkin."

"Put it in the rinse." Translation: "Put it in the sink."

I was rocking Anders to sleep and Isaac laboriously climbed up in my lap as well. Then he proclaimed, "Momma have her two boys."

Izey came running out to the living room and said, "Izey see Winnie the Pooh?" (He has a Winnie the Pooh bank that sits on a high shelf that we let him hold sometimes.) When I didn't immediately respond, he followed up with: "Pleeeeease?...Izey ask nicely!"

Isaac has also entered the "first individuation process"--or the stage of development when two year olds become very CONTRARY. His way of asserting his independance is to declare, "Izey no like ____" only to then ask for ____ in the next breath. Just in the past couple days he started saying, "No! Never!" oh, boy...terrible twos here we come!
